    Triphala, directly translated as "three types of fruit" in Sanskrit, is a purely herbal product that is an important part of Ayurvedic medicine. Triphala is produced by a combination of three Indian "super fruits" – Amalaki, Bibhitaka and Haritaki. These three traditional fruits have a strong medicinal value due to their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

  • Usage

    Mix half a tsp of triphala powder with hot water and leave to rise for about 10 minutes and enjoy as tea; but can also be added well dosed to any food, especially soups. 

    Dosing: 2x daily; Morning and evening
