Risotto with shrimps and peas

app. 150g Shrimps (cooked)
app. 100g peas (frozen)
app. 200g Risotto rice
1 clove of garlic
1 shallot
½ litre chicken stock
100 ml white wine
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Juice from ½ lemon
1 Chili
thyme
 
Spices
black pepper
½ tsp. fish-Masala
salt

 

Zubereitung  Directions

 

 

Step 1
Dice the shallot and press the garlic clove. Finely chop parts of the thyme and the chilli.

Step 2
Salt the shrimps and marinate with the lemon juice, chilli, finely chopped thyme and fish masala and set aside.

Step 3
Put a little olive oil in a saucepan, fry the shallot and garlic in it until the shallot is glassy. Now add the rice and fry for a while.

Step 4
Drain everything with the wine and add a few thyme branches. Once the wine is cooked, add some of the chicken broth so that the rice is just covered with liquid. Repeat this process until the rice is cooked (after about 20 minutes).

Step 5
Add the frozen peas 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and stir. Heat the marinated shrimp sizzle in a pan with a little olive oil.

Step 6
Arrange the rice on flat plates and garnish with the shrimps and serve.
