Good to know
In the Middle Ages, people hung garlic at their front door to keep out evil spirits. Even today, its affectionate smell is still very special when consumed heavily. However, subsequent consumption of fennel, cardamom or aniseed seeds can somewhat reduce the bad breath. Garlic, however, is incredibly healthy, especially for the heart, and even works better than fresh garlic in a dried version.

Health aspects
Protection for the heart (and from evil spirits ;) )
Blood & Heart
Dried garlic even has a higher effect than fresh garlic when it comes to protecting the heart. On the one hand, it has an antihypertensive effect, which significantly reduces the risk of heart attacks.
In addition, the blood is diluted, which prevents blood clots, as the stickiness of the platelets is reduced.
The blood sugar level is lowered by garlic and can thus support diabetes.Abdominal area
Regular consumption of garlic prevents colorectal cancer and can also treat it in the early stages – the same applies to stomach and uterine cancers.
Infections
Consuming one toe of garlic per day or a tsp of dried garlic can prevent colds and other infections.
