Good to know
The peppers is Hungary's national spice and from there we also source our paprika powder. It has an incredibly strong red color and is very fruity in taste. Paprika powder, by the way, is made from the spice pepper and not from the vegetable peppers we know. In the noble-sweet version, the partitions of the peppers are removed beforehand, making it less sharp than the rose-sharp type.

Very versatile, whether for marinating, co-cooking or seasoning. However, when frying strongly, it quickly turns black and develops a bitter taste; this can be reduced somewhat by adding oil in the marinade. It is best to simply observe the time and reduce the temperature after about 20-30 seconds of sautéing. The marinade should also be placed on the garnishes at least 30 minutes before roasting (better even earlier).
Full taste development
Fry the paprika powder in oil at the beginning, but always stir and do not let it get too hot, otherwise it will be bitter.
In order to get a better paprika aroma, the powder should only be cooked for a short time. It is also excellent for thickening sauces and stews.
