A masala is a spice preparation from Indian cuisine and our fish masala comes from central India and is specially adapted to the preparation of fish and seafood. A wonderful dish for pescetarians and all those who love fish.
Dissolve 3 tsp fish masala in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and then add to the sauce – alternatively add the powder first and then top up with water.
Full taste development
Add the fish masala to the sauce just before the end of the cooking process to preserve the volatile flavours.
Mix with chat masala to get an even more intense taste.
